Angelic Reiki by Yulius Eka Agung Seputra,ST,MSi

This Reiki is an absolute joy of working hand in hand with the Angelic Kingdom of Light to help bring one to your highest forms of healing potential for individuals, groups and planetary healing. Angels are beings who exist outside the different dimensions as we now know them. They are the Master Programmers of the Main Programme we know as the Universe. Through the Angelic guidance and the healing art of Reiki we can positively influence the creative energy systems of any individual or group, according to Divine Will. This can be on the emotional, mental or physical level.

How is angelic Reiki different from the more commonly known Reiki systems? (Usui/ Karuna/Seichem/Chios)

The Original Reiki System was given to the Human Race at the time of Lemuria, which was the first human root race in the 3rd Dimension. At that time Humanity knew it was part of the Divine Plan and was fully connected to Source. As part of Humanity’s mission on Earth we chose to become disconnected from Source over many millennia, and as we carried the Reiki Teaching, so that also became disconnected from the Divine Vibration. Now, at the time of the Ascension, it is the wish of the Angelic Kingdom to retune Reiki back to the Divine Vibration. This system is that which will be known as Angelic Reiki.
Along with the 13 traditional Reiki Symbols, retuned to the Divine Vibration, being given in this system, ancient arts of healing will be reawakened in all practitioners. Among these will be healing through eye contact, multidimensional healing through all lifetimes on this planet and others, working with your Galactic Healing Tribe as a Fully Initiated Galactic Healer.
The full scale of this teaching is just starting to be revealed and will be constantly expanding as we travel further into the Ascension. You will not stand still with this system and must expect great life changes to occur. By using this system you are a channel for Divinity and as such your own Divinity will anchor into you, in this lifetime.

What additional "symbols" do Angelic Reiki students get attuned with?

Each Angelic Reiki student is attuned to the traditional Reiki symbols as given in traditional Reiki, however the Angel performs this attunement assigned to you personally. Angels exist through all dimensional levels and as such the symbols you get attuned to will have this vibration. No other system I know of has this vibration.
As you heal with these symbols you will become aware of other symbols, colours and vibrations being brought to you for particular patients. These are not meant to be shared and only hold good for each individual healing session. As your experience widens you realise that everything carries a vibration and can be used to bring balance in the correct circumstances.

Why do Angelic Reiki?

The energy of the ascension is multidimensionality. We are moving into our own multidimensional consciousness as we attune to the vibration of our Galactic Central Sun. This healing system supports this and is to be the healing system of the Golden Age.

Who should do "Angelic Reiki". Why?

Many Reiki Masters are asking themselves if there is something more? Is the Masters as far as you can go? The answer is no. The time to move into the next Octave of healing is upon us NOW. Those of us who feel that call are ready for Angelic Reiki. The teaching that is being brought is just starting with much more to come. As part of Angelic Reiki you will be attuned to your Galactic Healing Tribe and be taught in the Healing Academy’s on the Inner Planes. You will have available in your work the highest Healing Masters to call on, to support you, to teach you and befriend you.

What is Reiki?

The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words. Rei-, meaning spiritual Wisdom that comes from God or Higher Self that understands what to do to heal each person. Ki- refers to the Life Force, the energy that animates all living things. A source of health comes from the Ki that flows through the body. When this flow is disrupted, the physical organs and tissues will be adversely affected.
Reiki helps Ki energy to flow around and throughout the body to keep it healthy and promote well being on the emotional, spiritual, and physical levels. Reiki is complimentary with medical and mental health treatments and is very effective on stress. It speeds the rate of recovery. It is also a prevention of disease.
During a Reiki session, the recipient lies fully dressed, on a massage table. The client will feel a wonderful warmth and gentle energy that is very relaxing and nurturing. The Reiki energy will stay with the recipient to promote healing for three to seven days.
Angelic ReikiTM channeled to Kathie in 1994 and is offered in all classes. It is an enrichment of the traditional Reiki energy to match the new vibrations of this decade. If traditional Reiki were a three-note chord, Angelic ReikiTM makes it a five-note chord. Recipients feel a definite difference when the practitioner "shifts" from traditional to Angelic ReikiTM.
Karuna Reiki® is an evolved form of Reiki that uses sound and helps to release blocked energy. It opens us to a higher consciousness in a way that maintains connection and practicality at the earth level. Healing sounds bring its vibration to the cellular level of the physical and energetic bodies. The word means "Compassionate Action" and is guided by ascended masters. It is trademark registered by the International Center for Reiki Training, founded by William Rand.

What is Angelic Reiki?
Specific angels are called upon to assist in the Reiki treatment.
With this type of treatment, it is not uncommon to feel a second set of hands at work.

Angels are beings who exist outside the different dimensions as we know them. They are the Master Programmers of the Main Programme we know as the Universe. Through their guidance, and the healing art of Reiki, we can positively influence the creative energy systems of any individual or group, according to Divine Will. This could be on a physical, emotional or mental level.

At this momentous time in the history of Humanity and the Earth, issues are surfacing to be cleared that have their roots deep in the past. We carry the imprints of these at cellular level and they are often worked out through many incarnations, on this and on other planets. These issues are available to be cleared now, through the ability of the Angels to transcend time and space as we know it. As a healer willing to work with the Angels in this way, you offer a great and wonderful service to all, and yourselves.

ANGELIC LEVEL 1

Angelic Meditation

Call forth your MIGHTY I AM PRESENCE to merge with you.

Visualise a circle of Golden Light with a Golden Four-Directional Cross in the centre of it sitting above Crown Chakra. This symbol is a symbol of the Angelic Consciousness.

Ask it to spin 3 times clockwise and 3 times anticlockwise. Take 6 deep breaths and ask it to stop.

Sit and be still for a few minutes and allow yourself to feel the energy.

Now visualise a Golden Chalice sitting above Crown Chakra. This chalice is filled with The Golden Light of Angelic Consciousness. See it now pouring this Golden Light of Angelic Consciousness down through your central pillar and filling all of your chakras. Starting with the Crown and going down to your earth star chakra. Take 12 deep breaths.

Now see this Golden Light spreading through and filling all of the cells of your body. And then expanding out and filling all of your energy bodies first the etheric, then the emotional, then the mental, then the lower spiritual body. Take 12 deep breaths.

Now sit and feel yourself as the pure Golden Light of Angelic Consciousness. Allow yourself a few minutes just to be in this energy.
Then slowly open your eyes.

ANGELIC LEVEL 2

KARMIC CUTTING/HEALING

There is always a karmic band between those we hold closest and ourselves, or those we have once held close. These bands can sometimes weigh us down and have negative influences on our physical body parts and energy. Very often relationships grow stronger when healing the karmic band. You should use this type of healing between yourself and those you hold dear, or have once held dear.

For this you should use the remote, long distance healing technique. If you, for example, wish to improve the relationship between yourself and your mother, you should write “my relationship with my mother” with your finger in the palm of your hand. Place your palms together and start the energy flow. If you are healing a relationship for someone else, then you should write “Robert’s relationship with his mother” and start the energy flow. This method should be used in both near and long distance situations. This procedure usually lasts 3-5 minutes, but don’t be surprised if it sometimes takes a little longer.

HEALING ANGEL

You can also help heal a situation or a personal quality/character trait. Try for example, to heal jealousy, nervousness, anxiety, toothache, patience, sorrow, anger, improving communication, your singing voice, etc. Then write or think e.g. “My anger”, “my communication”, or for someone else “Kurt’s toothache”.

Remember that it should always “feel right” when you start a healing Angel procedure. There are actually some things that aren’t supposed to be tampered with, but you will be able to distinguish what should be healed and what should be left alone.

Healing Angel can also be used on animals.

MULTIDIMENSIONAL SYMBOL (Looks like Seichim, Merkaba, Symbol)

TA KU REI

ENHANCER AND INTENSIFIER
The figure eight symbol of infinity expands outwards to the infinite and finishes at the heart Chakra. The infinity symbol is the symbol that Patrick Zeigler connected with in the Great Pryamid, and is the basis of the Seichim energy. Infinity is an ancient healing symbol.
Use the Ta Ku Rei as you would the Cho Ku Rei. Clients will respond to one more strongly than the other. This symbol is great to enhance or empower other symbols and can be used for clearing a room.Draw over the client’s body or crown at start of a treatment.

MAI YUR MA

(My Yura Ma)

SHINING EVERLASTING FLOWER OF ENLIGHTMENT

MAI YUR MA is the gateway to the soul via the heart Chakra. It enhances, expands and magnifies the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of unconditional love.

MAI YUR MA can be used in combination with all other symbols and can be felt by thought, touch and deed.

It is wonderful for opening the heart Chakra and opening us up to unconditional love.

Releases grief and sadness and stress.

Draw over bath water before entering the bath.

The Circle:
The Circle, which is the outline of a circle (not filled in), is the symbol of wholeness, unending life force, and the unity of creation—the beginning and end of all things. It attunes with the all. It is complete, and draws together and encompasses all that is. It also represents duality, inside and outside, but shows, in its completeness, that apparent duality resolves itself in unity, in one being.

In healing, one often works with separated (polar) energies—energies not completelyconnected or harmonious. The Circle not only calls forth polar energies; it pulls them together and resolves them. When summoning the energy at the beginning of treatments, it is used to draw life energy from the earth and all around, using the body life force to receive the universal life energy, the two energies meeting. The Circle uses the energy that is already in the body to receive the energy that exists all around. It assists the healer in opening his or her self and in bringing in the energy.
The Circle creates an opening of the spirit, a balanced harmony between the spirit and the earth.

The Trine:
The Trine, which is the outline of an equilateral triangle (not filled in), is the symbol of penetration to higher levels of existence. It awakens the mind to the higher levels. It points upward, and connects this world to the higher worlds.
Its three sides correspond to the many trinities in spiritual systems, but especially as a symbol of the passing, from one to the other, between incarnation and discarnate life (the base points of the trine), with the goal of spiritual growth and rising above the world towards a state of self-realization and spiritual liberation. As a symbol of this ascension, it represents a heightened and broadened awareness, a refined perception and a higher rate of vibration: an ascension to a higher level of reality.

When it is used at the beginning of treatments, it ascends to pull energy together and move it upward towards the higher levels, bringing the healing energy to a higher vibration. This lends a more powerful and purifying effect to the healing energy, and increases the healer’s sensitivity to the energy.
The Trine leads the spirit towards growth; it is an elevation of the personal spirit as it relates to this existence, a rising from the earth.
The Star:
The Star, a regular five pointed star (and filled in to a solid shape), is a focus for energy between this world and higher worlds. It is a channel between the manifested world and the realm of pure being which is the source and essence of our life. It is different from the Trine, but can be thought of as the Trine symbol focused and combined with this earth (trine shapes spaced around a circular outline).
It has five points pointing in, and five pointing out, corresponding to its use as a focus forenergy between this world and the higher levels. It can be used to draw and focus energy from a higher level onto this world, and has the power to correct major distortions in the flow of energy in the human energy field, by virtue of its ability to tap the power inherent in this higher realm. As a channel between our manifested life in the world and the realm of pure spirit, it is also very effective when used to treat the 7th chakra, which corresponds to the sum total of our beingness and our spiritual totality—the total relationship we have between the world of spirit and our material existence.

The Star is beyond the earth—it is where there is no beginning and no end, to a broader existence, not even existence, beyond existence. As we all exist on this earth now, we also exist above. As a person standing on the shore watches the waves on the ocean, and feels a stirring within, the Star calls forth the beyond and all times. It is also our higher self, the totality of our being. The Star is a channel to a realm beyond time and space. It is the light above us, and in us, and leads to an understanding of eternity.

Cho Ku Rei
The first symbol is called the Power Symbol or the ChoKuRei. This symbol is sometimes nicknamed "the light switch" as it connects us to the energy, like a light switch being turned on. It is thought to turn up the energy, and opens us as channels of the reiki energy.
The ChoKuRei symbol can help start the reiki flowing, and most practitioners use it at the beginning of sessions by drawing it on the palms of their hands. It can help overcome negative resistance patterns. Using it on an area can help reduce pain. It is also used in space clearing.
To cleanse a room, Draw it in the corners of a room intending it be cleansed. Draw it on objects in your environment intending they be cleansed and operate for your highest good. Draw it on objects and send reiki into them to empower them with reiki.
The ChoKuRei has as many uses as you can think up! You can use the ChoKuRei at the start of a healing session to feel the energetic connection to the reiki source. You can use it to focus power at each hand position and on any problem areas. Draw it over the person at the end of a healing session to seal in the healing energies. It can be used to clear a room of negative energies. To do this, draw it in all the corners of the room intending it be filled with light. It may also be used for protection. For protection, draw it on a piece of paper and place it on or under things you want filled with reiki. Draw it on food and water before you eat and drink them so that they are filled with the love that is Reiki. You can also draw it over your head during meditation and meditate on the symbols themselves. Draw the ChoKuRei on the shower head prior to taking a shower so that the water is filled with reiki as it cleanses you! Experiment and above all have fun!

Sei Hei Ki

The second symbol is called Sei Hei Ki. It is pronounced "say hay key". This symbol is known as the mental/emotional symbol, but also as the harmony symbol. It is used to heal mental and emotional habits that no longer work for you, and emotional and mental distress. It is also used to bring up and heal the emotional issues underneath physical problems. It helps reinforce and support positive behavior changes.

It is also used to help release negative conditioning from past experiences by changing reacting to responding. Buddhists believe that ego is conditioning. The Zen sages knew that to be free of suffering was to end desire. It was only by removing the conditionings of life (ego), that one could be free and experience harmony and oneness. This symbol is for healing and releasing those feelings, desires and conditionings. It is also known as the Harmony Symbol.
Healing with the Sei Hei Ki can be as simple as using the symbol while doing a healing using the regular hand positions. It can also be used as part of an emotional meditation to help release and heal these conditionings and patterns that underlie problems.

Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen
Absentee, or Distance Healing is another aspect of Reiki II. There are as many ways to do distance healing as there are healers. Reiki is unique in healing systems because it does not use the healers energy, and the symbols are a unique connection to the source of all.

The Reiki Distance Healing symbol is called the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen. This symbol enables us to send healing energies to others at a distance. This can be used to send Reiki across the street or to other parts of the world. It can be used when doing hands on Reiki healing would be inappropriate (with a burn patient or someone with sexual abuse issues). In these cases Reiki can be sent distantly from across the room. Such line of sight uses of the distant symbol are called "Beaming". This symbol is also a symbol of karmic release. It allows us to send reiki outside of time and space. The Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen is made up of five distinct elements. One possible meaning can be "no past, no present, no future". In distance healing, Reiki energy can be sent thousands of miles away, or across a room. With distance healing there is "no past, no present, no future", there is only the now. There is only the present moment.
Some people have seized on the "no past, no present, no future" definition as a justification that you can send Reiki into the past or future and change its outcome. I believe this is a mistaken understanding of the meaning of this symbol. Sometimes it is useful to look at something in its cultural and linguistic context to understand what it meant to those that developed it. Reading history backwards using present western ideas or a western cultural mindset creates misunderstandings and confusion. Likewise looking at this using our western new age beliefs also create confusion.
An example that might illustrate how we take for granted how our cultural conditionings and mindset influences our thinking might be found in looking at how we use words to represent actions and ideas that might not translate easily to others in another culture. As Americans we can communicate some concepts easily to other Americans with no explanation. When i say I am going to make a "Xerox", people understand that I mean to make a copy, when I say i need a kleenex, people understand that i need a tissue. Kleenex and Xerox are companies whose names are synonymous with the items that they represent generically. When I talk of the "American Dream", it is a cultural idea that refers to having a good job, getting ahead, having a house, a car, luxury items, etc. It is something that has a cultural basis that may not easily translate to those whose mindset and language have developed in another place and time.
In the same way, HSZSN must be understood in the context, culture and language that it came from. Many people have seized on the "no "past, no present, no future" translation that has become so prevalent. "No past, no present, no future", is a useful definition to explain that the energy can move and be sent anywhere to heal others at a distance. It is a less useful definition to discuss ideas regarding changing the past, sending to the past and future. Let us part from this definition for a moment and look where this symbol came from.
I have had several discussions regarding the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen with people who were native Chinese and Japanese speakers. I decided on exploring this avenue after reading Gabriel Shiver's web site where he did exactly that. Like Gabriel, I was told that it would be difficult to explain to someone who was not a Buddhist. What followed was a discussion of Buddhist thought that I was familiar with but not necessarily understood. The meaning is not "no past, no present, no future", but something more like "Right consciousness is the root of everything", or "A righteous man may correct all thoughts". The two thematic elements the same here are Right consciousness and root thoughts or correcting them

Using Visualization to Direct Energy:
These symbols are one tool the healer uses to direct energy for the purpose of becoming able to heal the energy field of the patient. The ability of these symbols to assist in directing energy is activated by visualizing them.
Visualization is a very useful tool in healing, because it enables the healer to direct energy in many different ways. “Energy follows thought” is a well-known maxim, and the meaning of this saying is that the proper visualization of energy flow, in the mind’s eye, is sufficient to direct the energy in whatever manner the healer desires. This may be done by visualizing the flow of the energy itself, or through other methods—the use of symbols which represent patterns of energy flow being an important example. When the healer visualizes a pattern of energy flow itself, in his or her mind’s eye, the energy is activated to flow in that manner. When the healer visualizes a symbol in his or her mind’s eye, the nature of energy flow that is contained in the essence of that symbol is activated, and the energy flows according to that nature. Both of these uses of visualization are important and will be used in this level.
In order to make effective use of this ability to direct energy through visualization, the healer must visualize in the proper way. When an energy flow is visualized, for example, it is important to understand that visualization is not the same as “thinking about” the desired energy flow, or “pretending to see” the energy flow, but is a process of sensing and becoming the energy flow. This sensing and becoming the energy flow serves to activate the inner ability of the healer to direct the energy flow in the manner visualized and cause it to flow in or act on the energy field of the patient in a certain manner. When a symbol is visualized, it is similarly important that the healer sense and become one with the symbol, and not merely “think about” or “pretend to see” it. This proper visualization of the symbol is what activates the inner essence, the inner power of the symbol, and sets the energy flow into motion according to the pattern of energy flow that the symbol represents. Visualization is the process of maintaining one particular symbol or one intended flow of energy in the awareness, in a complete and effortless way, and it is this proper practice that makes the exercise of this energy-directing ability possible.
Visualization Method :
Sit comfortably with your eyes closed, and seek a calmness, a quietness in your mind. Imagine, in your mind, a Circle. Do not merely “think about,” or “pretend to see” the Circle, but begin to feel its circular shape with your mind. Ask yourself, how does it feel to be that shape? Feel that you are the Circle, and should other feelings or thoughts come up, simply “drop them”—allow them to become unimportant as you just return your focus of awareness to sensing only the circular shape of the Circle alone. Seek to merge with the Circle, feel your entire being sensing, moving into and becoming one with the Circle. If you find yourself “thinking about” the Circle, stop thinking and just be it. If you find yourself “pretending to see” the Circle, release the “visual” portion of your awareness of it, the portion of your awareness that “sees” it as if you were using your eyes, and just become it. Do not think about or pretend to see the Circle. Be the Circle. Sense it effortlessly. Continue sensing yourself as the Circle for a moment, then end the exercise by stopping your sensing of the Circle and resting for a moment, with your eyes closed.
Repeat this exercise with the other two symbols to gain a sense of them, also. The Trine is sensed in its outline shape, but the Star is sensed more as a solid (filled in) object, with its points.

Hand Of Healing

(1) The Reiki Hand Positions
These are the Diane Stein Drawings from her book, "Essential Reiki". Diane allows these to be used for teaching purposes with appropriate citation.
Be sure in position one to fold a kleenex or soft clean cloth an place it over the eyes prior to doing the position. Some masters start with position #2 or #3 and then move to number 1.
Remember that Reiki uses a light touch, no pressure or massage is needed. Because of massage laws, you may need to make sure you pick up your hands between positions, and not slide them to the next position as that might be constituted as massage.
The positions are generally held three to five minutes. When doing the head positions you stand behind the head of the person being treated. Move to the side (some say closckwise and others anti-clockwise) of the person when doing the torso positions.
You can do the knee and feet positions on the side of the person or move down to in front of the feet.

.

(2) The Reiki Hand Positions
These Drawings are drawn with Paint shop pro and a trackball. There are also drawings from "Essential Reiki" by Diane Stein
I personally almost always start with my hands over the top of the head on the crown first most people are more comfortable with this as the first position and children are less likely to lick your hands if you start them off with a less challenging placement than directly over the face.
The hands are held slightly cupped and with the thumb and fingers held closed, rather like they are held for swimming It is somewhat like having the hand in a sock rather than a mitten. Most people spend a moment before they begin the treatment with their hands held in the gassho or praying hands position at the chest or face as they mentally focus for the treatment . The touch is very light no pressure is applied use a " butterfly touch".
For the first 5 or 6 hand positions shown the practitioner stands behind the head of the recipient , the other positions are done from the side except for the feet if you have room to stand at the foot of the treatment surface. The hands are placed with the fingertips of one hand touching the heal of the other as for whether the left or right hand is the near hand or the far hand that depends on what is most comfortable for you . I also like to run reiki into the joints, shoulders, elbows , wrists, knees, and hips, and the hands also. Intuition is the best guide but it is best to learn the traditional positions first in order to give your intuition something to develop from . Reiki touch is very light, no pressure is applied. the energies often run for about 3 to 5 minutes in each position when you are starting out and get faster over time.

(3) The TJR Hand Positions

There are seven basic hand positions in TJR. We show first a self session (a great way to start and end the day!) followed by a client session hand orientation.

Position #1:

EYES

Position #2:

TEMPLES

Position #3:

OCCIPUT

Position #4:

CLAVICLE

Position #5:

LOWER RIBS

Position #6:

SHOULDERS

Position #7:

LOWER BACK
Position #7: Left hand placement

Usui, Hayashi, and Takata all taught that certain hand position (or series of them) is related to treating certain illnesses. In actual practice, Usui originally used 5 hand positions and then used Reiji (intuitive knowing) and Byosen (scanning of the person's energy body or field to guide hand placement) to know what areas needed treating. This implies that they knew what needed treating and would place the hands there to guide the energy to where it was needed. It shows a specific level of skill. In the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai in Japan you would not be allowed to study the second teachings until you had developed Reiji.
In starting to do Reiki use the hand positions. These were developed by Usui, Hayashi, and Takata as a general overall guide for those that had not yet developed Reiji or Byosen. A copy of Dr. Hayashi's manual is on this site giving a guide to treating many different specific illnesses. For general treatments my preference is to use the Traditional Japanese Reiki 7 positions.

ANGELIC LEVEL 3
Angel Treatment
Preparation prior to treating yourself or others is a meaningful way to prepare to do Angelic Reiki. It is not technically necessary, but it pleasant to do and helps separate everyday consciousness with proper mindfulness and a setting of the sacred. What follows are some guidelines that I use when treating self and others. These are not "required" or necessary to do Angelic Reiki. Some of these are in the Hayashi tradition and will add to your expereince, the recipient's experience and understanding the spiritual mystery that is Angelic Reiki.
My recommendation is to have glasses of water easily accessible for both Angelic Reiki practitioner and the recipient. People get thirsty when doing Angelic Reiki. The water helps ground and flush out the system of anything that was released. Likewise after an attunement, drink plenty of water to help keep the system balanced and to flush out the released impurities.
Treatment can be done on a table, the floor, a bed, a chair or other arrangements as needed. A massage table is ideal, but they are expensive, particularly since most people do not see Angelic Reiki as a business but use it on their family and friends. Some considerations to take into account are your comfort and the recipient's comfort. It can be distracting to be giving Angelic Reiki standing in an awkward position that strains the back.

A. Mindfulness Preparation
Do Gassho. Place the hands in prayer position in front of the heart. Wait to feel the connection with Angelic Reiki. Allow yourself to be mindful of the energy. Let go of all conscious desire of what the energy should do, what it needs to do. Let go and let Angelic Reiki. Angelic Reiki works best when ego works least and so my formulaic cutesy little pneumonic is "when ego goes, Angelic Reiki flows". This is right mindfulness. We let go of expectations, desires of what Angelic Reiki should do and other controlling aspects of our ego and instead let Angelic Reiki work.
Some schools teach that it is important to ground and center themselves in preparation prior to treatment. To ground is simple, feel the connection to the earth, or visualize roots from your feet flowing into the earth.

B. Beginning Angelic Reiki - Touching the other
Move the hands from Gassho and let the palms be face up, towards the ceiling as if you were holding precious water in them or a delicate butterfly rested on them. Your hands are the sacred holding this loving gift. You have connected to Angelic Reiki, feel the energy in them. Turn them over gently and lay them on yourself or the person you are treating. The pressure is loving and gentle. Do not press. If there are reasons not to touch the other person (i.e., sensitivity to touch due to abuse, burns, wounds, risk of infection) then simply hold the hands above the area to be treated.
C. Treating
Keep the hands on that position for 3 to 5 minutes. This is not a hard and fast rule but a simple guideline. Some experience that the energy begins to flow after laying the hand down. The energy will seem to increase for a time, and then ebb. You might feel this as tingles, or heat. When it ebbs, move to the next position. There are times you feel nothing and in these cases follow the 3 to 5 minute guideline.

D. Moving between Positions
Pick up the hands. Place them again in Gassho. Again feel the connection for a moment and then place them on the next position. This practice helps us keep the proper mindfulness. It also helps keep us centered. Lastly, it helps protect us legally. It is sad to say but we live in a legally contentious time. Some massage boards wish to regulate Angelic Reiki because they see it as a business that falls under their auspices. Even if you do not follow the Gassho between positions, never slide the hands between positions. This might be misconstrued as "massage".

E. Finishing
When you are done again place hands in gassho. Some schools of Angelic Reiki suggest: that you rinse your hands and arms in cold water to break energetic contact with the person. This is generally good advice and helps break the energetic connection. When you are done with treatment, simply intend that the Angelic Reiki session is complete and that you are not connected to the person. Some teachers also suggest that you break the energetic connection to your client, by "karate chopping" the astral cords that collect at your solar plexus. A practice that was used in Japan was called Kenyoku or "Dry Bathing". This was part of Usui's Angelic Reiki Ryoho that was developed from Shinto practices to cleanse and purify the body and spirit.
To Do Kenyoku (Dry bathing), do the following steps.
Kenyoku is done either in the aura or energy field several inches above the body, or with the hand on the body.
To begin, put your fingers from your right hand near the top of the left shoulder. Your hand is flat, with the fingertips where the collar bone meets the shoulder.
Draw the flat hand down across the chest in a straight line down to the right hip. Exhale as you go. People who come from martial art schools will recognize this as an open handed down block.
Repeat this procedure on the right side, reversing the directions (i.e., using your left hand from the right shoulder to the left hip.)
Repeat the procedure again on the left side.
Now, place the right hand on the edge of the left shoulder at the top of the arm. The fingertips that are on the edge of the shoulder are pointing outwards.
Bring the right hand down the outside of the arm all the way to the tips of the fingers. The hand is flat to the arm the entire length of travel. You can keep the left arm straight and at your side, or hold it up slightly. Again exhale as you go. Martial artists will recognize this as a shirk which would be to remove the hand of someone that has grabbed your wrist or arm.
Do this again on the right side, with the left hand on the shoulder and bringing it down the right arm to the fingertips.
Do this again on the left side.

ANGELIC LEVEL 4
Scanning
Scanning is a technique that is useful to know. It is now clear that Usui taught a scanning technique. Scanning is placing your hands into the energy field of another to try to feel for differences in their energy field. You are basically feeling for anything different. Have the person to be scanned lay down, and start at the crown. Move the hands about 2 and 6 inches above the body. Move your hands from crown to feet and back up. It may take a few passes. Feel if it seems hot, cold, spinning, fast, slow, chaotic, etc. This is a technique that requires a great deal of practice to become proficient at. Additionally, remember not to ever diagnose anything. This is useful in finding places that may need extra attention during a healing session. (However it must be added here that since Reiki does the healing and acts for the persons highest good, that we may not be able to influence the healing in this manner with reiki in any case.)

Doing Reiki on a List of Recipients
In this method, you are doing Reiki on an entire list of people, with the intent that each are receiving a complete Reiki treatment. This is a useful technique when you have a bunch of people that want distant reiki, but you do not have time to do distant healing for each. Create a list of those that want distant healing from you. On the list you can include such things as their names, ages, locations, and what needs to be treated. Make sure you have their permission. Once you have the list, you empower the paper with the intent that it be filled with a Reiki treatment for each. then you would Then you simply reiki the list. Place your hands on the paper, and either just send reiki, or visualize the people receiving a treatment. Generally, doing the distant healing about 15 to 20 minutes is a good amount of time.

Distant Treatments

These methods are useful for sending distant Angelic Reiki treatments. Over time, you will discover that you need to use the distant symbol less, and that the structured methods are also less needed. This is as it should be. As you develop increasing familiarity with the energy you will naturally find that the symbols, like all tools, can be put aside when no longer needed. However, it should be cautioned not to be hasty in initiating this. Take your time and let the connection to the energy strengthen and grow. These are some possible methods for sending distant Angelic Reiki. There are a multitude of them, as many as there are practitioners. Use one of these or invent your own.
Regardless of what technique you use to send distant healing, it is important to be mindful of what you are doing and stay in the moment. Do not attach yourself to the outcome but simply send and let Angelic Reiki do what it will.

A. The Photo Technique
The simplest technique for sending Angelic Reiki to someone at a distance is to use a photo of them. This technique was taught to Takata by Hayashi. Draw the three symbols with your finger on the picture and say the names of each symbol three times as you draw them. Intend that the person be filled with Angelic Reiki. Then place the photo between your hands, and then send the Angelic Reiki. You can also do a self treatment using the photo under your hands as you treat yourself intending that the person receive the treatment.

B. The Proxy Methods
Knee Method - Pillow Method - Teddy Bear Method
Proxy methods are using one thing to represent another. People use these methods to help gain an energetic rapport with the person. Many people have difficulty believing that Angelic Reiki can transcend time and space and the proxy gives their minds something to grasp to get past the limitations of the mind. Anything can be used as a proxy. Technically the photo technique above is a proxy method that uses the photo to represent the person.
The basis of the proxy method is that we intend that the object represents the person. If you are using a pillow, you would intend that the top part represent the crown, the middle the waist, and the bottom the feet. A teddy bear is easy, the head represents the head, etc. In the knee method, use the right knee and thigh to represent the back, and the left knee and thigh to represent the front of the person treated. The knee corresponds to the head, the base of the thigh would be the feet.
Which ever method you use, begin by drawing the three symbols on the object used to represent the person. Then treat the proxy intending that you are treating the person.
Some masters use the wording and say, "By the 'Law of Correspondence', my right knee represents the head positions". It would seem to me that the vocalizations "by the law of correspondence" are drawn from Wiccan practices, or from Western Hermetic Magick. In Angelic Reiki, no formalized ritual is necessary, nor the adherence to Wiccan or other Magickal practices. Intent is the Key to utilizing the intelligent energy of Angelic Reiki. Simply intend it to heal the person and send it, Angelic Reiki will do the rest.

C. Finger Method
The Finger method is another method of using a representation of the person to send distant Angelic Reiki. It is useful if you only have one hand free or in a place where you want to send distant Angelic Reiki but do not want to attract attention to yourself. Basically, this procedure uses one of the fingers of one hand to represent a person or situation that you want to send distant healing to. Wrap your fingers of one hand around the finger that you are using as your representation. Intend that you are sending distant Angelic Reiki to that person or situation. You can state it out loud as well if you like. As you do Angelic Reiki on your finger, you are doing Angelic Reiki on the person.

D. Visualization Technique
Another method is to imagine that you are there with the person receiving the healing, and do the healing as if you were there. The trick is being able to keep the visual image in your mind while you do the healing. It requires strong visual skills and intent.
E. Beaming Technique
There are two different beaming techniques. They are beaming distantly and in person beaming to someone in your location (i.e., you can see them).
To do distant beaming, draw all three symbols in the air. State the name of the person you wish to heal, and any other details about them that you need to feel connected. Intend that the person will receive Angelic Reiki as you send. Hold one or both hands at chest height, palms facing outward from you. ( If you use only one hand, place the other comfortably in your lap.) Then simply send the Angelic Reiki. You will feel it pour through your hands. As you send they will be receiving Angelic Reiki healing.
In-person beaming is distant Angelic Reiki but done when you are with the person. It is something you can do when you want to send Angelic Reiki to someone in the line of sight. This is useful for people with touch issues, or for people who it would be inappropriate to touch like burn victims or those with infectious diseases. To do beaming, extend the palms toward the person and use the symbol/word for distant healing. The difference between this and distant healing is you can see the person. (It can be noted that all Johrei Channels use beaming to send Johrei.) You can also beam from the body, projecting out from every cell. You can also beam from the eyes, or anywhere else you care to.

ANGELIC LEVEL 5
How to pass on Angelic Attunements

It is very simple to pass on the Angelic Angelic Reiki Boosters attunements. You just ask your higher self for the attunements. You can attune several people at the same time.

Example of the attunement: (to your higher self) “I ask that (name) may be
attuned in Angelic Angelic Reiki level ……”

The attunement will then start and stop after around 25 minutes.
